I have a CICS 4x8 1.0. Now having the need for more than 8 stations I'd like move up to something like a 4x16. However I'm having trouble finding that card. Can someone give me the part number of a 4x16 card? Or would it be cheaper to just get a used CICS with more capacity?

What you need (and cheapest method) is a software upgrade (expanded software) which will bring your system to 4x16 and also allow you to put a 4x0 line card in if needed.
Not sure of the part nuber being the weekend but ask for CICS expanded software.

OK OK, that makes sense, so does Version 1.0 automatically mean only 8 stations?? Or does it just depend? If I'm going to upgrade software, I might as well get the newest version, right??? 4.2? When you install new software do you typically just install an entirely new flash card?
