Cics Transaction Server in Windows Enviroment ?

I'am a developer and im going to need to program in java and with the cics transaction gateway. The question is that i still don't have acess to a cics transaction server, is there any way to at least simulate or emulate a cics ts in windows so that the transaction gateway can comunicate ?
