CICS Transaction CAIN Time Out

Hi,

While starting Up a CICS region I am recieving the following error in the console file.

ERZ010073E/0239 01/26/05 18:03:40 CITIBANK : Unable to start the transaction 'CAIN'
++
The problems seems to be that CAIN is taking more time to complete the CICS region intialization. By Default, CAIN should get completed in 2 Min of its triggering.

Is there a way to increase the Time out period of CAIN Transaction ?

You see the following message, associated with abend code U1029:
ERZ010073E Unable to start transaction CAIN

No cicsas processes completed initialization inside the normal transaction start time (2 minutes). This problem can occur for several reasons; for example, problems have occurred with XA, a switch-load file cannot be found, or a switch-load file does not load correctly. You must investigate to find the cause of the problem.

Been a while since I looked at CICS on AIX. Are there any other messages?
