CICS TO CALLPILOT 100

Have a CICS 6.1 trying to connect a callpilot 100 and having trouble. I power it up and see the lights flash then even after 15 minutes no lights. I try Feature 983 and nothing. This has been used but didn't get any documents with it. Any help would be appriciated. Also if any one has any links to any document web sites that would be appriciated also.

Is the software card inserted in the bottom card slot? Also make sure it is inserted all the way.

Put a serial cable on it and watch it boot with a PC. 9600 8N1 in hyperterminal will do the trick.

Might have a problem that is locking it up. Only way to know is to watch it boot on the serial port.
