I have a customer with a CICS 7.0 and CP 3.0 Twice now the time has been off and the NA stays on. If I call in with the time off it resets to the right time but that doesn't work in NA. Anyone have any ideas? Perhaps a s/w upgrade?
Gotcha. I thought it just wasn't updating the time in night mode. It sounds like the clock chip has gone bad on the CICS motherboard. The only fixes are to have it repaired, or replace the CICS.
