CICS T1?

Can you put a T1 into a cics? I know I could with a channel bank, but curious on a T1 card.

No. Only 8 copper lines. System max is 8 Trunks by possible 24 stations. One of my pet peeves with the CICS. Wish it had one more trunk slot or was able to take T1. The Mics can take a T-1. Your right about the channel bank.

You can increase the number of lines into a CICS with two of the BRI 4 cards. this will give you up to 16 trunks (two voice trunks per BRI 4 BRI per card 2 Card per CICS).
