Is your software "Restricted" or "SP"? Restricted means you can have up to 4 lines & 8 extensions. SP means you have 8 Lines & 16 extensions...

Check out my FAQ too as it explains all that R, S, SP & SIP stuff and shows the version based on the 2 letters of the SP code (case sensitive).
In your case RP is Restricted with Prompts, Ni = 4.1
To upgrade to 7.1 you must first upgrade it to 6.1 (no upgrade tool required) then go to 7.1
