CICS Private LIne 1

I have a setup question about CICS.

I have a system with seven incoming lines. The "private line" is the seventh line. I want it to ring and not be answered by the system at all. It should ring on the extensions below until it is answered.

I have set the StarTalk Flash AA not to answer it (line 27). I have set the CICS AA to off. For some reason, it rings 3 or 4 times then rolls to voice mail box 226.

It is a line appearance on 221,222,223,224,225,226,227,228,229

Any idea what I set wrong someplace?

Look at Call Forward No Answer under Capabilities and change to NONE.

For which extension? If someone dials ext 226, I want it to go to VM..

If the phones that the line is assigned to have mailboxes and are set to forward no answer to the VM DN then it will be answered by one of the phones that are set to FNA. 226 has the ring for FNA set to 3 rings. You can assign the line to a Hunt group and assign the sets to it. A hunt group wont follow the rings on a phone so you can set it to ring and ring if you want.
The programing is under system programming, HUNT GROUPS.

That's cool. Hadn't though about that. Just to make sure, if I want it to ring until answered, what should I set the HG overflow to, itself?
