CAN ANYONE HELP ME:
JUST CONNECTED A NEW CICS 6.1 AND THE LINE SEEMS TO RING ON THE FIRST RING COMING FROM THE FAX RING SELECTOR SWITCH.THERE IS IDENT-A-CALL ON THE LINE BUT THE KSU SEEMS TO HAVE A HARE TRIGGER ON THE RING.
ANY ADVICE?

Are we presuming the fax switch is after the ident-a -call device and the phone system line is coming out of the phone port on the fax switch?
