CICS MESSAGE UNABLE TO ADD TERMINAL A11N.

I am trying to setup winview clients to connect to aix box. i have set up my cics regions and started cics which reportedd to have started successfully.
when i type cicsterm on commnad line i see the regions i have created. if i want to get in any one of them i get no response. laterthe message above pops up.

does anyone know how to resolve this ..

Maybe check your terminal type and see if you have a corresponding terminal definition entry setup:

cicsget -c wd -l
