CICS internal Auto Attendent CCR

I have a client with the internal AA being used in the CICS system. They have a Startalk Mini also for mailboxes. We went in the other day to help them re do the CCR message. It was a bit of a refresher to remember the codes and I had 1 issue. The record time for greeting A is 32 seconds. Can this be extended..They have a recording that is a bit longer to get all the extensions listed and 32 seconds is a bit short.

You cannot extend/change times.
Cut corners instead..

Rather than
For Joe Blow please dial extension 222
For Jane Doe please dialextension 223

try

You may dial the following at anytime
Joe Blow 222
Jane Doe 223
Bud Light 224
etc

Better yet use the Startalk Mini.....why are they using the CICS AA instead of the Voice Mails more powerful AA?

Thanks fore the help. Is it possible the mini has no AA in it...Was that not a selling feature back in the day ???

Not the StarTalk Mini (which uses a Hard Drive) but the Startalk Flash with the Flashlite software had only mailboxes, you had to key code or use full software to activate the AA/CCR ...and ACD if equipped.
When logged into F983:
Press 9 to see version of software
Press 44 to see features that are loaded
