We have a CICS that every once in a while routes calls for other DNs to DN 22. I had thought in the past this was due to people holding the 2 a little too long when typing in the desired DN, However it happens to me also when I am being careful. I read somewhere that there was a patch for this specific problem.
We are running CICS 6.0 and CallPilot 1.5.32.01
Are there patches available or do I need to upgrade? Where can I download or purchase these upgrades from?

Also I did a backup today with the Callpilot BRU software. Is there a way to read these files? Can we edit these and upload them with any changes?
Thanks
Doug

You need to upgrade your Call Pilot. 1.5 was buggy. Most current version is 3.1. Just search for it they are everywhere. Also miss dialing interpretation is common when calling from a cell phone.

The BRU backup is raw data.

Thanks, I have searched all over and so far been unable to locate the actual CP3.1 upgrade software. What is the specific file name or can anyone suggest a location to download or PM me the file.
Thanks
Doug

It's not called upgrade software so maybe that's the problem your having when searching for it. Try Googling Nortel Callpilot software 3.1 I'm sure you will find something.
