CICS incoming calls on another line

When I am on a call on line one and another incoming call comes in, the phone rings instead of beeping like it should. I don't know where to set this up.

I have never heard of an incoming call beeping instead of ringing. You can use DND to make the second call flash but not ring, but it would have to be done on a call by call basis, if you wanted to hear the first call but not the second. Or AA could be used to answer all calls.Or you could go into programming and turn on "DND on busy", which makes all second calls on any extension flash but not ring. But there is no beep, unless a call is on hold.
