CICS Huntgroup to individual mailbox if not answered

Need some help - have a new Hunt Group on a CICs I've just set up with 2 members (221 & 222)and I need a call that times out to go to the mailbox of one of the memebers? I think I set the Overflow to the CallPilot DN but how do I get that call into the mailbox of Ext. 221? Thanks for any help!

You have to create a mailbox for the hunt group.

That would be true if you create a mailbox that is the same DN as the HG.

Use this method if it must go to 221 as you want.
Try and set the overflow to 221, it will ring 221 one last series then go into 221's mailbox based on the CFNA settings.
I am not sure if the CFB setting will work once the overflow is done like it does with CFNA but try CFB setting too.
To cut down on ring time set HG to 15 seconds and the CFNA to 3 as an example, that's about 7 or 8 rings total.
