CICS Hunt Groups

Hello all,
I have a customer with a CICS 4.1 no voice mail.

Just set up 2 hunt groups with 3 phones in each. hunt group A overflows to hunt group B.

Problem: when HG A overflows to B the message waiting lights on T7316 phones in HG A start flashing. Anyone know how to stop this from happening? without having to do F#65 all the time to clear message waiting?

havent seen that one ...
does it happen everytime a call overflows to the next hunt group?
does the same happen when it overflows from B to A?

The same set up has been tested on 6.0 software and the lights do not come on. I'm beginning to think its software thing between 4.1 and T7316 (non-e) phones.

If you reversed the overflow on the two groups, do you get the same result?

haven't tried reversing the hunt groups. will try it next time i go to the client.
