Problem of phantom call from incoming external call that hangs up.
During “closed” hours, during/after “closed” message, if hang up, then about 30 seconds later a phantom voicemail is placed in the general mail box.
During “open” hours, if hang up during/after initial auto attendant company greeting, or if hang up after entering extension number, then about 30 seconds later a double ring at the designated Operator phone as phantom call.
We have 3 incoming lines, problem occurs with any of the three. CICS 4.0 8/24, Flash 4.
