CICS Flash 4 phantom calls after hangup

Problem of phantom call from incoming external call that hangs up.

During “closed” hours, during/after “closed” message, if hang up, then about 30 seconds later a phantom voicemail is placed in the general mail box.

During “open” hours, if hang up during/after initial auto attendant company greeting, or if hang up after entering extension number, then about 30 seconds later a double ring at the designated Operator phone as phantom call.

We have 3 incoming lines, problem occurs with any of the three. CICS 4.0 8/24, Flash 4.
 
Sounds like you do not have Supervision turned on for the lines or you are not recieving it from Telco.
 
Make sure you have CPC Disconnect Supervision turned on. It's under Trunk Data, look for mode "unsuper", or similar.
 
Problem solved! Disc Supervision was at default setting of unsupervised. Thanks to you both. John
