CICS 2.0 will support CLID with the addition of CLID trunk cards, instead of DS trunk cards. The software has the smarts already.
However, CICS 2.0 was a very bad release of software. It was prone to all sorts of strange behaviour, including random system resets and loss of programming. Since you haven't bought this yet, you have the availability to upgrade to a newer release go to at least 4.2 or even better go to current release of 6.1
Just out of curiosity, why by used? A new KSU, S/W and a CLID trunk card can be had for less than $1400 in Canada
