CICS Downgrade

Do a power cycle on the CICS, then do a STARTUP. Once the startup has started, pull power off and insert lower rev. cart.
It might take a couple of tries to get the right distance into STARTUP before pulling power. Sometimes I get it the first try, other times I may mave to cycle it 3 or 4 times.
Count to about 8 then pull it.
