CICS CallerID

I have a customer who swears that she always received both the name and number of callerID on an incoming call with her M7324 telephone. I cannot find out how she accomplished this, the only options I can find are DISPLAY 1st, NAME, NUMBER, LINE.

Does anyone have an idea of how to accomplish this? The customer's CICS was recently replaced because of a power issue and was reprogrammed.

You can only see name or number first. Then you can toggle from one to the other.

100% positively she can only see one at a time either name or number first. It's just something that Nortel never got around to fixing.
