I apologize that this question may have already been answered, but I am having trouble finding the answer if it is here.

I have a CICS running V7 firmware with StarTalk VM. I just added two caller ID trunk cards. The system was initially programmed in square mode, and we're running it like a PBX, i.e. no lines appear/ring directly on any extension except the attendant. The phones are answered by the AA, and the callers have the option to punch the extension or choose an CCR option.

In this configuration is it possible to see the incoming caller ID information on the individual sets, or do I have to have all my lines appear and ring on each individual set? I confirmed that it shows on the attendant set, so I know the info is coming in, but when a call transfers from the AA to an extension, the extension display just shows Line 1 Transfer.

Thanks so much for your help!

Do you have AA set to answer at 2 rings or greater?
Caller ID is sent between. 1st and 2 ring on POTs lines

Curly,

Where do I set that? In StarTalk AA (I don't see it there)

Never mind, found it! It was as simple as that.
