Hello Norstar Gurus, I have a Cics Rls. 7.0 and a call pilot 100 installed in a private school.
I have a valcom talk back intercom, they use to call each class room etc.
They have installed a gate with electric lock and cameras, and a door box.
the intercom system is connected to line 031. when the button on the door box
is pressed the line rings. problem is the call goes to voice mail as any
ringing line would.
I would like to route the call to a information mailbox to tell them no one
is available, try back in a few minutes Etc.
I'm pretty familiar with the systems but don't seem to be able to figure this
one out. Any tips would be appreciated, Thanks.
