CICS Auto Attendant

Hello,
When a new CICS is purchased does the Auto Attendant feature already come on the switch, or does a Keycode need to be purchased to ge this feature?

I belive it is there with no key code needed.

It is an optional feature, just like the IRAD. If system is restricted it usually is not there. It can be activated with keycodes.

Actually, it depends.

The AA on restricted software works, but you cannot record user prompts. You can only use the system prompts.

You can order software with IRAD/AA enabled or you can order the restricted software - where IRAD/AA (with recordable user prompts) is disabled but can be added later using keycodes.
