Is it possible to use the CICS integrated auto attendant AND the AA built into the flash voicemail?

Here is the scenario:

During business hours I would like the CICS AA to answer after 4 rings and play "all operators are busy, if you know the extension enter it now or please hold for the next available agent.." The system would then place the caller on hold.

After business hours I would like the Flash AA to answer and direct callers to flash voicemail as per normal.

Am I on the right track or is there a better way to accomplish this?

Thanks

I would use the CICS AA in the day(you need to turn on/off with a programmed button) then use night service button with VMail as the ringing set and make sure Vmail is not to answer under F983.
I would wait for more opinions on this.

The CICS's AA with System Answer turned on will answer the phone and put the call on hold on the designated receptionist's phone. The lines will need to appear and ring on the phone.

Then set up a ringing group with the first port of the vmail (Flash) in it. Then set up the lines in the Flash to pick up with whatever table you want. Then go into F982 and say, answer lines: No.

Then give the receptionist a F871 button and at night have her press that button as well as turn the System Answer off. F*831 MRoberts
