CICS and Callpilot Problem?

The voice mail will work for a short while and them will start to answer lines on 0 rings and go directly to a voicemail box without playing greeting. Once this happens the only way to recover is to restart the V.M. Changing AA lines to no autoanswer or changing system parameter to don't answer lines has no effect until after restart.

It seems that the problem starts when more than one incoming line start to ring.

CICS w/ 6.1 software, 8 lines and 24 extensions.
Callpilot w/ 1.5 software.

V.M. is on last 2 ext. 45, 46

Using 2 ccr trees 1 for day 1 for nite.

Any help would be greatly appreicated

Danny,
Check that the CP100 isn't set to appear and ring on the COs. This problem sounds like a phone is set to ring on line two and CFNA to an Mbox on 1-2 rings. Check all phone Busy and CFNA conditions.
Is there any special programming for this customer or is it all square?
