The voice mail will work for a short while and them will start to answer lines on 0 rings and go directly to a voicemail box without playing greeting. Once this happens the only way to recover is to restart the V.M. Changing AA lines to no autoanswer or changing system parameter to don't answer lines has no effect until after restart.
It seems that the problem starts when more than one incoming line start to ring.
CICS w/ 6.1 software, 8 lines and 24 extensions.
Callpilot w/ 1.5 software.
V.M. is on last 2 ext. 45, 46
Using 2 ccr trees 1 for day 1 for nite.
Any help would be greatly appreicated
