CICS 7 with ***CPilot 150****

New install 6 lines ring & appr on all 10 sets after 4 rings customer want's the call to go straight in General delivery mailbox for everyone to retrieve. They don't want to use the Auto ATT. I'v tried without success.

any help or ideas would be great!

I do belive the phone with the G MB on it will have to have 4 rings all other phones will have to have 6 for this to work.

Set call forward no answer to 4 rings on GD set, do f985 to get the right ext to forward to.

If all sets are forwarding no answer on 4 rings, you could just change the GD mbox set to FNA on three rings. If AA is answering, turn it off with F982 or bump the ring count up. What exactly is happening when you test?

I turned the ATT off made 1 set fwd no answer to Vmail and under CPilot gave the GD Mailbox the ext of the office manager.

I did need to blow away the Office managers personal mailbox to give the GD her ext.
