CICS 7.1 with T7208

T7208s two of them work, and two of them just come up with date & time and no function whatsoever...no feature, no buttons

Sometimes you just need to leave them plugged in until they are "ready." Many times the time & date will show, but the phone isn't fully booted up. Give it a couple of minutes.

If time passes, and they still don't work, then normal troubleshooting steps apply. Swap sets, ports, etc to determine the source of the trouble.

Will disable and re-enable the port help? I took the phones to another MICS system same response after 15 minutes

Try working phones in problem jacks

Check for stuck buttons on the problem phones.

if you took the phones to another system and they still didn't work- I would say that the phones are no good.

Tried good phones they continue working fine...buttons have been checked for jamming

Sounds like u have 2 defective sets that need to be replaced.
