Cics 7.1 IRAD modem hanging 1

Hello Everyone,
Latest IRAD issue, when dialing in with NRU 11 modem asnwers starts the handshake process then just hangs. Any thoughts on what to try? I have been trying different baud rates, some different modem init strings etc. with no luck.

Try setting the modem to slow on the CICS
