CICS 6.1 RING DELAY

IS THERE ANY WAY TO DELAY THE RING ON THE CICS 6.1
THERE IS A RING PATERN THREE ON THE LINE FOR THE FAX NUMBER, BUT THE SWITCH ANSWERS EVERYTHING ON THE FIRST RING.

You say the switch answers everything on the first ring? Your vendor can change that.

I fyou have a voicemail, the number of rings on the table is what you change, if no voicemail then I take it you have the built in auto attendant on and you can change the number of rings beforw the system answers uner system answer, or autoattendant answer or if using the built in CCR the change would be there .
