I am working on a defaulted CICS 6.1 with a CP-100 and the customer is telling me the system use to answer after a 4 ring delay in day mode with "Please hold your call will be answered by the next available rep" then Park the call and page "there is a call parked on 101".
Could someone please give me some insight to what is doing this and how as I am totally lost. Thanks
