CICS 6.1 auto attendant and fax capabilities

I can't believe I am having to ask this question.

In going through programming of auto attendant I could only find two places....one to choose CCR, the number of rings and answer with disa. I tried the different settings and found the disa seemed to work ok but there seemed to be a problem with the other setting. The system may require customer to make a recording at this point. However, I have no clue to how to make that recording.

Next question, and this might be very simply that the system is not capable of directing an incoming fax to the analog port. I just need an answer there.

To record customer greeting F*833 PW=266344
You must let the system answer all incoming calls, it will sample calls and either send them to phones or fax.
The fax being hooked to the IATA. Should work....
