CICS 6.1 & CALL PILOT 1

I am not having any luck getting this Call Pilot Mini to work. I might have DN and Mailbox mixed up IN MY MIND. I guess they are seperate. If I have the AA go to say DN 25 IT seems to rings another DN. What do I need configured in the actual CICS 6.1 programming config to make the Call Pilot work. Am I ringing the DN or the Mailbox?

In a manner of speaking, both! The CP100 points callers from the CCR or AA to the DN. But since calls do not return to the voicemail, the DN should have a mailbox associated with it, or be programmed in Capabilities to direct the call to another location on a 'no answer' or 'busy' condition. If the DN has no initialized mailbox, the call will go to general delivery
