I'm new with this systems and have some questions:
1. What is the difference between AA and CCD in the CICS 6.1 system?
2. How I assign a Hunt group instead of a DN as the attendant of the AA or CCD.
3. Where i control how many time the call is in queu before send it to a general voicemail.
4. If I have a telco voicemail service, where I specify the number to call when queue timeout.
5. I have read that if I remove all the lines from the phones and assign a hunt group and pool to the phone that what it will sound if the CCD or AA transfer the call to it, otherwise it will not work.
