CICS 6.0 with External Startalk Flash

Does anyone know the compatability of a CICS 6.0 and Startalk Flash S/W 2.1? My chart says it is good with 1.91, but I have all the internal Auto Attendant features shut off and can't seem to activate. Any help would be greatly appreciated..

Can yo be more specific?

Is the flash recognized by the CICS?
Have you tried feature903 to install the flash?
Have you changed answer line to yes in feature982?
Are any feature codes showing as registered using feature**XFTEST password 266344?

Is this possibly a Flash Mini... they have no AA function? You won't see an AA prompt when you log in via F983

Thanks Aragon, I was posting for a co-worker. I am not sure if the basic steps were taken(F903) but I will find out more and re-post..
