I have programmed 2 SWCA keys on 5 new T7316 sets in a small office. I also have 2 intercom keys on each set. The SWCA keys are the same (CALL 1 and CALL 2) on each set. This feature is not working as it is. Do I need to also program autohold for it to work and are there any other features that need to be programmed for it to work?

Thanks,
Rob

Depends on how you want to use SWCA. You are probably wanting the AUTO ASSOCIATE turned on to automatically place the calls on your SWCA keys.
Go to FEATURE SETTINGS, then SWCA Cnt1. Then set AUTO ASSOCIATE to Y.
The other method is if you want the call to be placed on a SWCA key when a user answers a call and places it on hold.
In that case, set the INVOLK BY HOLD to Y.

SWCA uses the Park feature, so if it is still not working, make sure that your park prefix is set to something other than none.

I like SWCA
