CICS 4x8 restricted with internal AA

Having a problem with this CICS 4.0 (restricted) Auto Attendant. It seems that for greetings a, b, and c...I can record on them but only for like 10 seconds. When I log into f*833 it askes me if I want to change recording time and i chose yes but I can only change b and c and they only collectivly have 27 seconds in them. But when I go to record, after 10 seconds it shuts me off on A, about 15 for b and about 2 for c...

Is there any way to reset the alotted time on this? Sys Cord. guide says I have 96 seconds...but maybe not on the restriced 4x8???? I have erased everything that was currently on there. Seems the greetings D, E, F, G...are only avaialble for SYSTEM or OFF...cant record on them. That also must be 4x8 deal.

I even tried to use all three, A, B and C, thinking I could let them go back to back to back and get more time, but it doesnt seem to work that way. As a matter of fact I cant get B to play at all...anywhere or anytime...

I know, I hate these internal AA and the customer should just upgrade, but I dont really see that happening...

Any ideas or solutions?

Installer guide for 7.1 states you need Standard software to have Auto Attendant features....I presume the same with all levels.
