Must have cid from provider, appear and ring and programmed to receive cid in telco features.
I never quit understood the fact of seeing CID before answering when you are in business? Yet it is so common from my clients.

All versions of CICS can auto display caller ID on all ringing sets. MICS only 6.1 and higher.
