CiCS 4.0 Help

I have customer who has a CICS 4.0. That during the big blackout went down because the UPS failed. It went up went than went down. It than started acting weird. I went in to have a look at it and it was turing features off and on at random i reset it. Still no luck it still turned stuff on and off. The auto attendent also acts up and sometimes causes a phone to ring on an incoming call before it kicks in sometimes it just answers and works normally. Any Ideas on what would cause this is the main card fried ? or would reprogramming it from scratch correct this problem e.g erase the entire current programming and start the switch out from factory default?

Sounds like it took a major power hit. Might have messed it up internally. Replacing it will tell you for sure.

Doing a system startup then reprogramming from scratch can clear bugs, this goes for vmail also.
Cheaper solution!
