CICS 2.0 - need a voicemail recommended

I have 2 people using 4 phones using a Norstar CICS 2.0 with M7208's. Need to add a voicemail, $300-$800 range. I am looking for a recommendation. Refurb is fine, 2-4 VM boxes is enough. I am familiar with Startalk but wasnt sure if there was a better/cheaper way to go.

Would prefer a VM that would allow offsite call forwarding or msg notification.

Look at a 2.0 Flash

Norstar Voice Mail is another good alternative and you can pick them up cheap now.
Make sure the NAM has a copper interface.
These are still available even with 4.1 software.
