CIAPI 120 error when user tries to change password over the web

Hi

A client of ours is getting a 'CIAPI 120' error everytime they try to change their password over the web.

Does anyone happen to know what this error message signifies?

The CIAPI error message apparently only occurs with a particular user. Also I believe the error may have something to do with the machine this user is using as their password can be changed so long as someone else goes in remotely as an Administrator and changes it.

Any thoughts or suggestions welcome.
