chvg ??

A customer of ours has a SAN (not an IBM SAN) attached to the RISC box. He originally allocated about 76 Gigs of the SAN for the RISC box to use as a data disk. He has now added another 25 Gigs to that LUN but AIX doesn't see the increase.

Would chvg -t 2 vg2 make that space recognizable and if so can we do this with users on the box ?

will allow the odm to see the lun size diff.
