Chronicall Reording Library Issue

I look after an IP500 on 10.1 with a UC110 module which has been using Xima Chronicall on version 3 for a while with no real problems.

I upgraded the Chronicall to version 4 and the UC110 no longer sends the voice recordings to the sftp server.
I can putty in and test the sftp connection and also use the VM Pro client to test and both work fine.

I spoke to Xima help and they have asked me to undo the Samba sharing which was required with the version 3
but is no longer required to transfer files in version 4.
I have disabled the Samba but suspect there is more to it than just disabling as files are still not transferring.

Does anyone here have any ideas ??

Pete

I thought Xima4 used the API to grab recordings and didn't have to do the whole file copy thing...

Thanks for the reply.
The recording still has to be transferred to the recording library from the UC module to be processed , stored and associated with the cradle to grave details.

I just need to reverse the Samba installation process but haven't been able to work it out.

atcom thats only available in the Avaya white label ACR, Xima still needs to use vmpro, vrtx, or port mirroring for call recording.
