Christmas Greetings Message on Network Computer

Hi
Ours is a single domain which runs on group policy configured on the domain.
I want to do something different on the end of this year to happen.ie When the users login into the network on the last day before the christmas holidays could start in our organization.As soon as they login into the PC they should get a christmas greetings message from network services department.May be a window saying greetings message/or witha a graphic santa picture message.Is there a way of setting up this.

Well have you considered creating a simple vbscript file that pops up a window during the execution of the login script.
