Hi and thanks in advance if you can help..
We have an ongoing problem with choppy incoming SIP vm messages, intermittently with about 10% of messages the speech is unrecognisably choppy.
Our SIP provider Gamma has been helpful changing and upgrading the Cisco router, regrading the assured 20 ADSL2+.
The VM PC is Windows 7 pro.
The problem does not coincide with jitter or packet loss and is seems to be external only.
The IP500V2 and VCM32 has been changed.
If anyone has any insight it would be much appreciated...
