There are 3 email accounts set in Outlook 2003. e.g.

AAA@hotmail.com (set as default)
BBB@hotmail.com
CCC@gmail.com

Everytime I create and send a new mail, Outlook always use my default account i.e. AAA@hotmail.com for sending. Is there anyway to choose the other accounts?

Outlook Express can achieve this by simply choosing the "from" field in the new mail window. But I can't find such similar field in Outlook 2003.

Thanks.

Patrick,

create a new email -> go to "View" -> make sure the menu is fully displayed and tick "From Field". That will give you the from Field option.

Asok

I have tried your method before. It doesn't work. It sticks to use my default account for sending.

Hi, Patrick.

If you have the standard toolbar enabled in the message creation view, then on that toolbar there should be a button called "accounts" with a dropdown arrow at the right. When you click it gives you a list of your email accounts.

Click on the account you want to use to send the current message.
