choosing hardware for Oracle 8i DB

Given the choice of a 700MHz processor with 1M cache vs. a 1GHz processor with 256K cache, which do I choose? Both arrangements will be dual processor systems running W2K.

I would go for larger cache
I love everyone til they prove otherwise, sadly some prove otherwise SO quickly
