Choosing a host

Not sure if this is a normal question for the forum but I need to choose a new host asap. I was just wondering if any of you have experience of the following:

top of my list now

http://smartwebinc.com

bronze plan would suit me

http://ipowerweb.com

look good to me but never replied to me queries!

If you know these i'd appreciate a thumbs up or thumbs down.

looks good. I don't use their service, but I too am in the process of looking for a good host. Does anyone know of any JSP hosts? Mike Wills
