Choose email account for Mailmerge

Good morning. We run Office 2000 and Outlook 2000 over Citrix servers to our users who use WYSE terminals. Some of them have depot email addresses in addition to their personal accounts. Is it possible to send a mailmerge, with an attachment, via email AND choose the 'From'. At the moment it all goes perfectly but only comes from the user's email account. Can this be changed so it comes from the depot account?
