You may already have one of them set to 10 rings?. If not then change one of the 3 settings as CFN0 and DFN0 are matched as RCO 0 as is CFN2 and DFN2 = RCO 2 etc against the extension DN in LD 15.
Finally check / chsnge the DN RCO prompt to be either 0 1 or 2 as per RDR.

A word of warning..... If you set the forward value to 10 rings for your incoming external calls, you are running a good chance of the call experiencing network timeout (the carrier drops the call) before the forward takes place.
Or the caller hanging up after 5-6 rings (a lot of folks are accustomed to voice mail after 4 rings these days - that if you don't pick up by then, then they assume no-answer and hang up).
