hello,

Im getting and setting dynamically some atributes of an input object. I can get it and display in ana alert window the outerhtml of the input object. I can set for instance the title of the object and in hte outerhtml see that it is changed. However, I cant see the changes in the page...

any idea why this is happening?

thank you

Hi

Show us your code. Both the JavaScript and the related HTML fragment.

Feherke.

Agreed. We need code to debug.

However just as a note, the actual source code of your page will not change when you set the outerHTML property of your object or any other property.

That is if you change it, and then use the browsers view menu to get the source code it will still be the same code as when you opened the page.

All JS changes occur only on the temporary memory stored source, not the actual source code of the delivered file.
