Can i change the port that OWA uses ? by default it uses port 80, but can i change it to something like port 81 ??

You can change it to anything you want (if free of course).

You CAN do it, but you'd have to tell all of your users how to access it! Why would you want to do that?

Best bet is to leave it at 80 and go to SSL.

If you want to change it, you just go to the IIS Admin MMC and change the port for that site/virtual server. On SBS I've found that it's just the default site. I just changed mine to a high port so that it would be less visible to opportunistic scans. This system was behind a simple broadband router firewall and once I opened up that port, I've had no trouble reaching the site.

The URL you will give your outide users will be something like
ShackDaddy

Note: with some ISP's it is not possible to use port 80 or 443, they actually block anything under 1024.
On one connection, a cable ISP, I use 2280 for OWA.
Works fine, but you need to add it indeed.
